    Senior HSE Engineer

    Job Summary

    As a Senior HSE Engineer, you will be pivotal in embedding a culture of safety across all stages of our real estate development projects. You will lead the implementation of HSE strategies, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international standards, and fostering a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental stewardship.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Strategic HSE Leadership: Develop and execute HSE plans aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements.
    • Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    • Compliance Assurance: Monitor and enforce adherence to local and international HSE laws and standards.
    • Training & Development: Lead HSE training programs to enhance team competency and awareness.
    • Incident Investigation: Oversee the investigation of accidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions.
    • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
    • Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or equivalent.
    • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in HSE roles within the UAE real estate or construction sector.
    • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in HSE management software and MS Office Suite.

    Architectural Engineer

    Job Summary

    An Architectural Engineer is responsible for the design coordination, technical review, and execution of architectural works across real estate development projects. The role ensures that all architectural designs, drawings, and site activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This position bridges design intent and construction execution while maintaining cost efficiency and project timelines.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
    • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design discrepancies and technical issues.
    • Ensure all architectural works comply with UAE authority regulations, codes, and project standards.
    • Supervise and monitor site execution of architectural works to ensure alignment with approved drawings and quality standards.
    • Conduct inspections of finishes, materials, and workmanship to ensure high-quality delivery.
    • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to architectural works.
    • Manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and track design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Coordinate closely with structural and MEP teams to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
    • Monitor project progress and report on architectural activities, delays, and risks.

    Project Manager

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee overall delivery and control of construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Planning Engineer

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to manage the project programme, recovery planning, and progress reporting. The Planning Engineer will develop and maintain detailed schedules and ensure the project remains on track throughout all phases.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project programmes using Primavera P6
    • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client
    • Identify schedule deviations and develop recovery plans
    • Perform earned value analysis and forecast project completion
    • Coordinate with site teams to collect accurate progress data
    • Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead programmes, and delay analyses
    • Support preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims with schedule data
    • Liaise with the client's planning representatives and consultant teams

    Qualifications And Skills

    Procurement Engineer

    Job Summary

    We are hiring a commercially sharp Procurement Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take absolute ownership of our procurement planning, supplier coordination, technical-commercial comparisons, material submittals, and material delivery tracking for our building development packages. You will play a critical role in controlling long-lead delivery risks to ensure smooth site progress.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Procurement Scheduling: Prepare and implement a detailed procurement master tracker that is directly linked to the project's Primavera schedule milestones.
    • Tendering & RFQs: Issue targeted RFQs to vendors and obtain highly competitive, detailed quotations.
    • Commercial Comparisons: Prepare detailed technical-commercial comparison sheets for management review.
    • Material Approvals: Coordinate directly with the consultant team to expedite material submittal approval lifecycles.
    • Long-Lead Control: Monitor and track critical long-lead packages, including elevators, RMUs, transformers, HVAC networks, fire alarm systems, pumps, aluminum, sanitary ware, tiles, pergolas, pool equipment, smart locks, and specialty finishes.
    • Vendor Management: Closely follow up with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure strict adherence to delivery commitments.
    • Inventory Coordination: Partner with the site storekeeper and engineering teams to ensure incoming material compliance.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Total Experience: 5–8 years of dedicated building construction procurement experience within the UAE market.
    • Supplier Network: Possession of a robust, active network of established UAE suppliers and material manufacturers.
    • Package Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of MEP packages, civil structural materials, architectural finishing packages, and long-lead systems.
    • Key Skills: Excellent commercial negotiation, cost-saving, and procurement tracking capabilities.
    • Note: General trading or retail supply backgrounds will not match this role; candidate must have direct contractor-side building construction procurement history.

    MEP Coordinator

    Job Summary

    We are hiring an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team for a fast-track residential project. In this role, you will manage the comprehensive coordination of all MEP works, shop drawings, local authority submissions, technical layout interfaces, and field installer performance to maximize site speed and eliminate delivery constraints.

    Job Responsibilities

    • System Coordination: Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire alarm, firefighting, ELV, BMS, and authority spatial requirements.
    • Shop Drawings: Review MEP shop drawings and ensure absolute multi-trade coordination with underlying architectural and structural works.
    • Material Approvals: Meticulously track MEP material submittals, vendor selections, and consultant approval loops.
    • Authority Approvals: Coordinate directly with specialized authority consultants for ADDC, ADCD, DMT, telecom, and related municipality clearances.
    • Clash Management: Identify design clashes in the field and collaborate with the engineering/BIM teams to implement immediate spatial closures.
    • Procurement Support: Support the commercial procurement team during technical reviews of long-lead MEP packages and plant machinery.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Total Experience: 7–10 years of dedicated building services or MEP coordination experience.
    • Project Profile: Core background delivering high-rise residential building projects from rough-ins to final testing/commissioning.
    • Authority Familiarity: Strong working knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority validation workflows, explicitly ADCD and ADDC.
    • Note: Facilities management, real estate asset maintenance, or infrastructure-only profiles do not fit this active building project delivery role.
