Baraka Internship, Emiratisation Initiatives
Our Emiratisation Programmes include:
Ruwad Training Programme: Baraka training programme is a graduate trainees programme designed for UAE National graduates with less than two years of work experience and education to develop a pool of future leaders for different business units.
We believe that inclusivity begins with the candidate experience. We are intentional in how we engage with underrepresented communities and are improving our recruiting process to lift barriers and remove bias at all stages of the candidate experience.
